Getting a song stuck in your head is the worst! But imagine having a song stuck in your head for three years! Susan Root, 63, claims she’s had “How Much is that Doggie in the Window” playing on a loop in her brain since 2010. "It's like having a radio that you just can't turn off," Root said. She said Patti Page’s rendition of the childhood classic is the song she hears most often, but she also hears “God Save the Queen,” “Happy Birthday,” and “Auld Lang Syne.” It gets so bad that sometimes it keeps her up at night! The medical term for her condition is “musical hallucination” and according to the British Tinnitus Association, less than 1% of the population suffers from it. A cure would be music to her ears!
Could you imagine!?
