Reality show kingpin MARK BURNETT is reviving the classic TV show ‘This Is Your Life.’  On the show, a celebrity guest has their life story told by the host with surprise appearances by people out of their past.  It was launched as a radio program in 1948 and moved to TV from 1952-61, followed by a brief revival in 1972.

 

The ABC Family channel has picked up the sitcom ‘Ruby and the Rockits,’ starring DAVID CASSIDY and ‘Spy Kids’ star ALEXA VEGA.  Look for it to debut next spring.  They’ve also announced plans to do a sitcom based on the 1999 movie 10 Things I Hate About You.
