Five-year-old Ava Schipke wanted three things for her birthday: a Barbie mermaid doll, a Doc McStuffins doctor kit and a phone call from Jake Owen. Thanks to Twitter, she got all three — even though one was far-fetched.
Thanks to mom for tweeting, "Today my daughter Ava turned 5. Found her crying and I asked why. She said her boyfriend @jakeowen forgot to call her." Jake ended up seeing it and giving the birthday girl a call! Mom told Taste of Country “And now the bar is set high for Christmas, because after he called her for her birthday, she wants to see him at Christmas."
I wonder if he can make that wish come true too?
