A former employee of Zac Brown is suing him and his business for copyright and trademark infringement along with unsafe/unfair work conditions. The man's name is Klye Landas and he's asking for a permanent injunction against all merchandise bearing the Unity Tree design, the recall of all products bearing the logo, seizure and impoundment of all merchandise bearing the design that’s still in Zac Brown’s control, and all of the profits derived from sales of merchandise bearing the design. He's asking for $150,000 which really doesn't seem like much when talking with the Superstar!
