Prize may be picked up Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and most major holidays. Prize hours are subject to change and typically end early on the Friday or weekday before a holiday so check back on this page for updates. Make sure you bring a photo ID with you when you come to pick up your prize, prizes will not be released unless you have an ID. You may be required to fill out a W9 form depending on the value of the prize. Please check with us if you plan on having someone else pick up a prize for you. Please email promotions for any additional questions you may have. We do not mail prizes.
