Hey, it's Dave Cruise. After an unsuccessful attempt at being a professional underwear model, I started my radio career in the cornfields of Iowa and dairy pastures of Wisconsin before moving East 10 years ago. I don't have any wives or kids (that I know of), but I do have a crazy dog named Indy. (He is NOT the dog pictured above, please don't tell him I'm cheating on him). I love working here at WDSD, after all, it's always nice to work for a place that's easy to spell :)
Carrie Underwood's title track "Blown Away" off of her fourth studio album has been certified platinum by the RIAA for 1 million digital downloads. The album, also entitled was released on May 1 and has also been certified platinum. "Blown Away" is Underwood's eleventh single to reach platinum status. This is immediately following the success of her lead single "Good Girl" which was also certified platinum.
